Please note that the ownership of this Website (hereinafter, the "Website"), belongs to VEGAN FOOD.

This Privacy Policy regulates the access and use of the Website that VEGAN FOOD makes available to Internet users (hereinafter, the "Users") interested in the contents (hereinafter, the "Contents") and services (hereinafter, the "Services") offered by VEGAN FOOD on it.

VEGAN FOOD's legitimization basis for the processing of Users' data through this Website is the consent of the Users to the processing of their personal data, as well as the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party or the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party. 

 

In this sense, VEGAN FOOD treats the personal data of the Users with the purpose of allowing the commercial relationship requested by the user, for the sending of commercial communications and/or Newsletters and to attend to the requests of information, complaints, suggestions, or any matter that the User wishes to send through the contact form of the Web Site, which are related to the provision of the services offered by VEGAN FOOD.

VEGAN FOOD takes the protection of your privacy and your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy regulates access to and use of the service that VEGAN FOOD makes available to the User interested in the services and content hosted on the Website.

  3. To deal with requests for information, complaints, suggestions, or any other matter that the User may wish to send through the contact form of the Web Site, which are related to the provision of the services offered by VEGAN FOOD.

The User guarantees the veracity of the personal data provided and undertakes to inform VEGAN FOODof any changes. The User will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, VEGAN FOOD reserves the right to exclude from the services any User who has provided false information, without prejudice to other actions that may apply by law. 

It is recommended that Users protect their data with the utmost diligence using appropriate security tools. VEGAN FOOD shall not be liable for any theft, illegal modification or loss of data. 

Any modification or update of the data must be communicated to VEGAN FOOD through the means of communication provided in this Privacy Policy.

The protection of the privacy and personal data of the Users is very important for VEGAN FOOD. Therefore, VEGAN FOOD makes every effort to prevent the User's data from being misused. Only authorized personnel will have access to the User's data. 

The User's personal data will be retained for as long as the User's VEGAN FOOD personal data remains active for the purposes for which it was provided, as long as the User has not revoked their consent, requesting the deletion of certain personal data. 

Subsequently, if necessary, VEGAN FOOD will keep the information blocked during the legally established periods. 

VEGAN FOOD undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

Users have the right to:

  1. Request the portability of their data; and

  1. Likewise, Users shall have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of data.

The User may also send his request by ordinary mail to the following postal address: calle sierra de gata 18, 28830 San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain.

The communication addressed to VEGAN FOOD must contain the following information: 

  • User's name and surname; photocopy of his/her national identity card, or passport or any other valid document identifying him/her. 

  • The request that based the application.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to file a complaint with a Control Authority, particularly in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that he/she is not satisfied with the exercise of his/her rights. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been submitted shall inform the complainant of the course and the outcome of the complaint.

The protection of the privacy and personal data of the Users is very important for VEGAN FOOD.

Therefore, VEGAN FOOD does everything in its power to prevent your data from being used inappropriately, allowing access to them only to authorized personnel.

The Supervisory Authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
